    • Services are available in-person, online and may include recorded sessions, live events, and downloadable materials.

  2. Deposits and Payments:

    • Some services may require deposits, which are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

    • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the cancellation of a service or event. After this period, a $50 cancellation fee applies, or the deposit may be retained.

    • No refunds are provided for completed services or digital products.

    • Payment is due in full before the start of any service or event, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Full Disclosure:

    • Alessandra Milena discloses any affiliate links or partnerships that might result in commissions. Transparency in recommendations or product/service mentions is maintained at all times.

    • Any health-related advice provided during sessions is educational in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness. It is recommended that clients consult a licensed healthcare professional when making health-related decisions.

    • Services are offered for educational and informational purposes only. Clients should consult with professionals for advice related to legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters.

    • Success in personal development, business, or wellness depends on numerous factors, including individual commitment, and results may vary.

    • "We do our best but are not responsible for clients' success due to external factors outside our control."

  5. Intellectual Property and Copyright:

    • All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during services, workshops, or online events remain the exclusive property of Alessandra Milena until paid in full. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except in cases where materials are provided for temporary use or license (e.g., digital products, workshops).

    • No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

  6. Proprietary Information:

    • All proprietary information shared with clients, including but not limited to business strategies, branding techniques, and wellness protocols, is provided for personal use only and should not be shared or replicated without permission.

    • Alessandra Milena reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, events, or terms at any time, including pricing, scope of services, or policies. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service.

    • In the event of service modification or cancellation, clients will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be handled accordingly.

  8. Termination of Services:

    • Either party (Alessandra or the client) may terminate services at any time with appropriate notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, all outstanding fees for completed work must be paid.

    • Alessandra reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms, disruptive behavior, or non-payment.

  9. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

    • Any materials that infringe upon intellectual property rights will be removed upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice. If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact info@alessandramilena.com to file a complaint.

  10. Governing Law:

    • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms will be handled within the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
