Personalized Wellness Sessions
Each 90 minute private or group session is customized, whether you need physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual support. Ale’s sessions are grounded in practical information, intuitive wisdom, and personal accountability.

Yoga, Human Alignment, Conscious Movement, Herbalism, Nutrition, Regenerative Detoxification, Iridology, Botanical Supplements, Homeopathy, Vitalism, Flower Essences, Ayurveda, Hot and Cold Therapies, Breathwork, Meditation, Theta Soma, Emotion Code Release, Reiki, Energy Work, Ancestral Reclamation, and other Traditional Healing Modalities.
As a dedicated mother with experience in Homebirthing, Homesteading, and Homeschooling, Alessandra is able to support families navigating Conception & Pregnancy, Postpartum, Breastfeeding, Conscious Parenting, and Child-Led Learning.
Alessandra has experience incorporating and actually embodying or utilizing these healing modalities for herself and her family for over a decade now. Most of Alessandra’s work is rooted in Ancestral or Indigenous Teachings & Traditions with deep respect and reverence for Mother Earth.

In an Air session, we focus on calming and grounding the mind through the power of breath and clarity. By helping you rise above to gain a higher perspective, these sessions are personalized to meet your unique goals. Each session typically includes grounding conversation, breathwork, guided meditation, and optional techniques such as Theta Soma, Emotion Code Releasing, or Somatic Journeying.

Earth Session
Earth sessions invite you to turn inward and connect with your physical body, identifying habits or patterns that no longer serve your well-being. Whether you’re transitioning to a more organic lifestyle rich in whole foods or need advanced support through nutrition and herbal protocols, Alessandra offers tailored guidance. Sessions typically begin with a grounding conversation to identify goals, followed by clear, actionable steps toward achieving your health and wellness vision.

Fire Session
Fire sessions focus on building strength and balance through skeletal alignment, muscular engagement, and conscious movement. With a deep understanding of Anatomy and Optimal Body Mechanics, along with Energetic Body Awareness, Alessandra empowers you to reclaim your body. These sessions often include a full-body assessment to uncover imbalances and movement patterns, along with tailored alignment cues and corrective exercises to restore harmony.

Water Session
In a Water session, we flow through our own inner waters to bring awareness to and feel into energetic or spiritual blockages that may be hindering your well-being. By addressing issues at their energetic roots, we bring awareness to the deeper causes of dis-ease. Through Emotional Layering, Energy Work, Limpias (cleansing), Flower Baths, and other intuitive modalities, Alessandra tunes into your vibrational field, guiding you through a process of release and energetic clearing.
Authentic healing begins by becoming still, turning inward, addressing the root causes of disharmony, and nurturing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies through holistic self care. Transformation comes when we become radically honest with ourselves, take actionable steps, and honor every part of the process.
